We work with leading companies such as Vomado Realty Trust, Taconic Management and Related Companies to identify opportunities to better manage and reduce food waste in large footprint urban buildings through business process improvement, the built environment, training and technology adoption. We are supporting a client with the first micro-anaerobic digester installation in New York City that will convert food waste into electricity.
